Eid ul Adha Salah

Assalamu Alaikum,

In Sha Allah, Eid ul Adha Salah will be held on the soccer field, at the intersection of Frank-E-Rodgers and Jersey Street, on Friday July 31st, 2020, at 8:00AM. There will only be one salah.

The following are the minimum guidelines that must be adhered when coming to the salah:

1. FACE MASKs are mandatory and no one will be allowed without them. No Exceptions.

2. Males only.

3. Musallees would need to bring their own prayer rugs.

4. Please come with Wudu.

5. Maintain social distancing in sufoof (rows), at least 6 feet apart.

6. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed.

7. If you are sick and have flu like symptoms (flu, cough, sneeze, runny nose, headache, joint pain, etc.), please STAY HOME and do not come.

8. Please refrain from socializing before or after the Salah.

9. Avoid shaking hands. Verbal Salam would be sufficient.

We will have a speaker system in the soccer field. In case the sound cannot be heard in the back rows in the soccer field, please dial-In: +1 712-770-4826 Access Code: 195640#, and turn on the speaker on your phone to hear the Imam.
NOTE: If there will be chances of rain, we will do two Salats in ICH, one at 8:00am and the second at 8:30am. The above conditions will still apply.

Islamic Center of Harrison

Since 1996, Islamic Center of Harrison (ICH) has been an association of Muslim Americans which provides various religious, educational and social services to many neighboring communities. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization which is not affiliated with any political organization. Our aim is to spread awareness about Islam and simply teach the message of Allah (SWT) and his last prophet Mohammed (PBUH). The Quran and Sunnah will always be the guiding principles of our society.

Services We Offer

The Islamic Center of Harrison is built on strong community values with the common goal to give back to our community. We offer a variety of different services here that range from 5 time daily prayers including Jumma prayers. Education is a key value to help a community grow and perform and ICH values that, so we have arranged both weekly and monthly programs. Our services are always grown and we are always looking to build a healthy environment for each of our peers and community members.
